Kayaking at Kahana Bay (for my birthday)

Mike took me out to the Hukilau Cafe for breakfast in the morning. This is the same cafe that was in the movie, 50 First Dates, but they really just used the name in the movie; still cool though.

He and our friend, Chailoh, surprised me with kayaking right after breakfast. It was such a fun time. The bay is so beautiful. We started out in the bay and then went into a lagoon. Right before we got into the lagoon, the water was really shallow so Mike had to push me a little bit. Further down the lagoon, we found a long rope hanging from a tree. We had so much fun swinging from the rope into the water. When we got back to the car, Chailoh had cupcakes ready for us. She put candles in them and they both sang "Happy Birthday" to me. It was so sweet.

We later hung out with our friends, Summer and Thad, at Pipeline beach. Michael and Thad went spear fishing while we just hung out on the beach and swam. Later on in the evening, we all met at Chailoh's house for a bonfire. It was such a fun birthday! Mike really made it special!
